Back in 1991, Rich and Barb Werner had an ambition to generate a little extra money for their daughter's college education by putting a sandwich stand at two fairs. Over the years, with the help of our daughter Marsha and her husband Johnathan, we expanded into catering and a brick-and-mortar restaurant. As Rich and Barb have retired, Marsha continues to run the business with the help of her children. We have received so many kind words of encouragement and compliments from you, our loyal customers — many of which have become lifelong friends.

Today, you can enjoy our spacious and modern bbq restaurant at: I-71 and US 35 across from Destination Outlet Mall in Jeffersonville Ohio. We offer a fast casual plus service style with a full service bar. Our menu is full of freshly smoked meats, house made sides, and homemade desserts.
Today, Werner's caters many special events, including birthday parties, weddings, and corporate office parties. And yes, Werner's concession continues to run. Please look for our food truck and come pay us a visit.

Wow ordered 1 lb smoked brisket. And don't have willpower to save some for later. Potato salad was fantastic. Oh man this is great. You can order it trimmed ,but I like the marble and fat.
The food was so good!! I got the pulled pork. It had a wonderful flavor even without BBQ sauce. The homemade coleslaw was wonderful.
Fantastic. Had a wonderful meal. Staff is great and prices are reasonable. We will be driving the 45 minutes from home when we want barbecue to eat here!
Amazing food. Took a chance while last minute Christmas shopping. Brisket was incredible! Pork rinds were fresh and warm. Sides were great. Try the green beans. We will be back, OFTEN!
My husband and I ate there yesterday and not only was the food delicious, but the service was amazing. My husband had the ham and bean soup with a pulled pork sandwich and I had a salad with pulled pork with their special dressing. Absolutely delicious, thank you!
